2. Hidden treasures within Yin Yoga: Dive deep within to the inner compass, visioning & intuition. Hone skills for self practice & teaching
3. The Field of Quantum flow: Access & Rewire subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs to make lasting changes for quality of life
4. Meditation & Mudra that Matter: Simple ways to anchor in
5. Taoist Gems: Learn alternative knowledge systems for harmony from the energetic to the physical body.
6. Unlocking Tantric Insight: Ancient wisdom made relevant for daily life though change, grief, resilience, surrender & love.
7. Shiva/Shakti: Women’s Wisdom & Men’s Quests: Understand rhythms, cycles & stages for deeper intimacy
