Young Playwright’s Theater cordially invites you to attend an unforgettable night of fun, glamour, and celebration at our "Purple Promenade," a spectacular fundraiser that will be held at metrobar DC on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 8pm - 11pm.Whether your high school prom was spectacular, a spectacular failure, or you didn’t even go, you have a chance to do it over again as the unique person you are today. Dance the night away while supporting a worthy cause! All funds raised from this evening will contribute to creating life-changing performing arts memories for YPT students.
Highlights include:
• 3 hour open bar of beer, wine, soft drinks, and a specialty YPT cocktail or mocktail
• Silent Auction featuring exclusive items
• Prom-Themed Photo Booth
• Live DJ for dancing to all your favorite hits
• Two delicious local food trucks on site

General Tickets are $75, or you can upgrade to Prom Royalty with the purchase of a $125 VIP ticket! For an additional $25, you can also add on a corsage/boutonniere or a special shout-out to your Prom date(s) in the program book.
