A new year means new connections, fresh opportunities and time to celebrate how far we’ve come. Join YPN and your Chicago real estate peers for an upbeat evening of networking fun at the 2026 YPN Kick-Off Mixer! 

Whether you’re looking to grow your business sphere, spark new collaborations or simply enjoy a night out with your peers, this event is the perfect way to start the year surrounded by your real estate community. 

Feeling festive? Our venue, Good Night John Boy, is bringing all the disco energy — so if you’re inspired to channel some ’70s flair, go for it! Totally optional, of course, your presence is what truly makes the party shine. 

New to the industry or to YPN? 
You’re in the right place. YPN is all about uplifting each other’s careers through relationship-building and education. This event is the perfect opportunity to expand your network, meet like-minded professionals and set the tone for a successful year ahead. 

Light appetizers will be provided, and your registration includes two drink tickets. A cash bar will also be available.

You must be over 21 years of age to attend. IDs are required and will need to be shown at the door.
