YP Evening Flow Yoga

Get your body moving and your mind centered in the new year!

We are partnering with Downtown Yoga Center for a pop-up flow at the Philosopher’s House. Join us for an hour-long class followed by conversations over hot tea. All levels welcome!

We will be in the upstairs classroom. Please bring your matt and water. (a limited number of matts will be available if needed)

Please arrive a little early to sign a class waiver and get settled.
