Hello and Welcome! I’m Crystal Daigle, an artist, psychic and eating disorder recovery

coach. I was very intuitive as a Pisces child but no one helped me understand/develop

my gift. I was an anxious empathic kid and fell into various unhealthy coping rituals.

Later in life I embraced my intuitive powers, opened up to wonderful visions and

watched with gratitude as they manifested. The possibilities are endless.

When we look up at the night sky we are reminded of infinite possibilities. Since we hail

from stardust, let’s harness star power to manifest big visions for the new year! Create

your unique star-shaped mixed media vision board and affirm your visions with the

group.

OUR PROCESS:

• We will gather, center and share our astrological sign. Let’s get to know each

other and create a safe space for creativity and new friendships.

• You will journey inward during a guided meditation and discover your vision for

the new year.

• After going inward you’ll process your experience through journaling and gain

greater clarity. What visions did the stars share with you??

• After that it’s time to channel it all into your star-shaped mixed media vision

board. You get to create with magazine photos, paint, beads, yarn, natural objects,

etc.

• We will wrap up by sharing and affirming our visions!
