Edmonton's been called DEADMONTON for way too long so this Halloween, we're bringing the city back to life. SOUNDS BY: RUSONIK AND PAPERBOYPLAY + MORE TBA $1,000 COSTUME CONTEST $500 - Best Individual Costume $500 - Best Group Costume COSTUMES ARE MANDATORY. NO COSTUME = NO ENTRY.
