THIS IS NOT ANOTHER ASSEMBLY. THIS IS NOT ANOTHER LECTURE.
YouthCon Tour™ is a live, full-day leadership experience where students don't just sit and listen — they speak, lead, compete, grow, and leave with skills they'll actually use.
Built by Coach Matt Adkins — Zig Ziglar Certified Speaker, author of The Focused Teen, and a guy who was voted Most Shy in his class — YouthCon exists because most schools teach students what to know, but nobody teaches them how to show up.
WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUTHCON
The day is hands-on from the moment students walk in.
They'll work through four sessions covering focus, communication, leadership, and execution — not as concepts, but as skills they practice in the room. Every session includes activities, group challenges, and workbook exercises they take home.
The day ends with the Courage Challenge™ — the signature YouthCon experience where students step forward, use their voice, and do the thing that feels uncomfortable. Because that's where confidence actually gets built.
Students who complete the full experience graduate as a Certified Future Leader™ (CFL) — recognized in a closing ceremony with certificates, photos, and celebration.

8:30 AM — Doors Open
Students check in, receive their workbook, and connect with other students before the day begins.
9:00 AM — This Is Your Moment
Opening session. Students set the tone for the day and establish what they're building toward.
9:30 AM — Focus Creates Direction™
How to cut through distraction, set personal standards, and take ownership of where you're headed.
10:30 AM — Communication Builds Confidence™
Students practice their voice. Introductions, public speaking, body language, overcoming the fear of being heard.
11:15 AM — Message to Momentum™
The gap between intention and action. How to execute, stay consistent, and stop waiting to feel ready.
12:00 PM — Lunch + Connection Time
Optional photo and video experiences.
1:00 PM — Leadership Through Action
Hands-on team activities built around influence, problem solving, and responsibility.
1:45 PM — The Courage Challenge™
The moment of the day. Students step forward and do the thing.
2:35 PM — Leadership Ceremony
Declarations, celebration, and recognition.
2:45 PM — Parent Arrival
Certificate presentation, photos, and checkout.
3:00 PM — Event Concludes
ABOUT COACH MATT ADKINS
Matt was voted Most Shy in his class.
He knows what it feels like to have something inside of you and not know how to get it out. He knows what it costs to stay quiet for too long.
