The children are the future. This course helps your child to recognize the power of yoga and meditation. Ages 5-12 bring your favorite pillow and blanket to class as we practice yoga for the mind body and soul. $7 per child pre register by contacting me via text 919-578-3276 for our permission slips. We need sponsors to help cover scholarships. Ask me how to sponsor!!
