Welcome to the YouthVoice Wellness Live Podcast & Youth Networking Event!
Join us every other month at 5:00 PM for an epic live podcast recording with the @citcaYouthVoice co-hosts and special guests as they dive into all things youth health, wellness, and real talk.
Get ready for powerful convos, live Q&As, and the chance to vibe with a crew that’s all about uplifting youth voices. This isn’t just a podcast—it’s a movement.

Welcome & Check-in
Info: We strongly advise guest to arrive on time. We will permit entry at 4:45pm until 5:25pm. Guest who arrive at 5:30pm or later will be seated on the upper level of the gallery until the recording ends at 6:30pm to avoid recording disturbance- show will be live on YouTube! Don’t worry you will be able to watch and participate in the show on @citcausa YouTube page! After the recording has ended you will be able to return to the lower deck for the remaining of the event.

Podcast Show Begins & Live Recording
Info: During the show youth are encouraged to engage in the conversation if they would like to! You can comment from online OR raise your hand and speak with the host directly- Perks of being in person :) The recording will last roughly 45mins to an hour depending on the host. There will be snacks & drinks for youth to enjoy during the show.

Networking & Game Hour
Info: After the show, host and guest will engage in games and good vibes. There will be pizza and other items to enjoy during the event. Even the most shy opens up with us! This is truly a space where you are welcome.

Closing & Departure
Info: We start wrapping up around this time. Host will share details of future events and volunteer opportunities for youth to stay involved if they choose.
