Youth Training Summer Camp with Coach Kyle (Ages 9–11)Youth Training is back for the summer at CrossFit High Bar! Join Coach Kyle for fun, high-energy sessions designed for young athletes ages 9–11 who want to stay active, build strength, and improve their athletic ability. We are offering four 2-week sessions, and athletes are welcome to sign up for one, a few, or all of them. Invite your classmates and buddies to join the fun!

During Youth Training Camp, athletes will:
