Youth Stretch & Mobility Class (Ages 6–12)

We’re offering a complimentary first session for new families who would like to experience the Youth Wellness Series.

This allows you and your child to explore the class structure, meet the facilitator, and see if it’s a good fit — with no pressure.

Spots are limited to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Movement Foundations Lab is a biweekly youth stretch and mobility class designed to support healthy growth for children ages 6–12.

During childhood, bone density, posture habits, and movement patterns are actively developing. This class helps strengthen flexibility and joint mobility in a safe, supportive environment.

Led by Angela Mattox, sessions focus on:

✔ Stretch sequencing
✔ Bone-supportive movement
✔ Postural awareness
✔ Injury prevention
✔ Parent participation

Parents are encouraged to join and move alongside their child.

This class is part of the Grounding Oasis Youth Wellness Series, a growing initiative focused on building confident, capable young leaders through movement and wellness education.
