Youth Sports Mentorship & Basketball Clinic

What to Expect:

In this 4-hour clinic, athletes will receive training from experienced mentors who will cover topics on and off the court, including:

• Mental Preparation – Techniques to overcome game-day anxiety and boost confidence.
• Leadership Skills – Strategies to handle peer pressure, lead by example, and stay focused under challenging situations.
• Game Day Prep – Tips to maximize physical and mental readiness.
• Skill Development – Drills to enhance shooting, ball-handling, passing, and teamwork.

Our mentors are passionate about helping young athletes develop not only as players but also as leaders who can manage the pressures of high school, college, and beyond.
