Youth Orchestra Festival - Saturday, May 11th In May this year, the Nebraska chapter of the American String Teachers Association is once again sponsoring the Young Orchestra Festival, for orchestras grades 6-9! The Omaha site will be Saturday morning, May 11, 2024 at the Millard South High School Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska.
The link to the registration form for both orchestra and solo/small ensemble entries is included below. You will receive additional information as I receive entries, but in general, the festival begins around 8:00am and is concluded by noon. Performing orchestras receive an inspirational clinic with an incredible guest judge and also get a nice trophy. Solos and small ensembles receive written feedback from an expert judge!

Orchestra teachers do NOT need to be NEASTA members to bring students to this event, so please feel free to pass this information along to your colleagues. I appreciate your help spreading the word.
