Early Registration opens Tuesday January 9th at 10:00am

Early Registration ends April 26, 2024

Individual: Early - $90

*Group: Early - $75 each (5 or more from the same church)

Individual $115

Group $100 each (5 or more from the same church)

Note: Children are not allowed to attend the Youth Ministry Training Event, with the exception of newborns. A nursery will be available, but nursery assistance will not be provided.

Please note:

Registration is transferrable to other individuals or groups.

Due to extenuating circumstances a YMTE registrant may need to request a refund.

To request a refund, email [email protected] by Wednesday July 31, 2024. Refund requests will not be accepted after Wednesday July 31, 2024.

The email should include the following:

• The attendee(s) name

• Allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
• A $10.00 processing fee will be withheld per registrant.

Note: The timeslots listed as Lab Sessions are breakout sessions into smaller groups. You will be asked to register a selection for each registrant when completing registration.
