Join us for an engaging and empowering Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Training designed for youth ages 14–20!
This interactive two-Saturday training will equip youths with practical skills and confidence to better understand and respond to mental health and substance use challenges among young people.
At this event, you can expect:
🧠 Practical Mental Health Skills — Learn how to recognize warning signs and respond appropriately.
🤝 Real-Life Support Strategies — Discover how to support friends, classmates, family members, and peers who may be struggling.
💬 Interactive Learning — Participate in engaging discussions, activities, and scenarios in a youth-friendly environment.
💪 Confidence to Take Action — Learn what to say, what to do, and where to connect someone with additional help.
🎓 Certification — Complete the training and receive certification.
🍎 Snacks Provided — Learn, connect, and enjoy refreshments!
