• Risk factors and warning signs of mental health concerns

• Key information on common disorders/conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and substance use.

• A 5-step action plan for supporting someone in crisis and non-crisis situations
• Professional, peer, and self-help resources.

MHFA is evidence-based and nationally recognized for its effectiveness in increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals to provide support.
