About this Event

Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance abuse challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18.

Lunch is provided.

This training is for nonprofit staff and community-based professionals who serve the public, particularly those in helping, outreach, or service roles.

Please note you will be required to complete mandatory pre-requisite work, which will be completed online through the National Council portal. Information will be sent to your e-mail, provided upon completing registration.

The pre-req work is a simple, brief survey assessing your current knowledge related to Youth Mental Health.
