Youth Leader Roundtable - Albany

Are you a youth pastor or leader passionate about seeing the next generation thrive in their faith? Do you find yourself navigating the challenges of today’s culture while trying to create authentic disciples? If so, join us for the 2025 Youth Pastor Roundtable series, hosted by The Green Room Youth Experience, for a time of genuine connection, collaboration, and encouragement.

In today’s world, Christian youth leaders face unique challenges. From engaging teens in a culture that often opposes biblical values to finding creative ways to disciple, lead, and support young believers, the work can be overwhelming. Many youth leaders in our region feel isolated, lacking opportunities to connect with others who understand these challenges.

This roundtable event offers a chance to break down those walls and begin building partnerships that support effective ministry. Together, we’ll discuss what’s working in our ministries, share struggles, exchange ideas, and pray for one another. It’s not just a meeting; it’s the start of a community where youth leaders can come together, share resources, and strengthen each other as we work toward the shared mission of equipping the next generation.
