Youth Gym is a program promoting physical wellness for youths aged 12-17 yrs.About this Event
The Youth Gym program provides an opportunity for kids to come in and play their favourite sports, get physically active, and make friends! Through this program, we aim to help youths develop interpersonal and group skills, strengthening coping skills, and encourage being active in the community. This occurs every week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 4-7pm, and is free of charge.
