1. To be encouraged in the Faith that is based on Christian principals
2. To develop and grow in identity
3. Understand the importance of WHO they are and their PURPOSE
4. Support wellbeing
5. Access to mentors and Pastoral care
6. Leadership development
7. Local and Global missions
