Youth Girls Self Defense

Join us for a free MMA-based self-defense introduction designed to empower and build confidence in young girls within our community. This class focuses on awareness, basic self-defense techniques, and personal safety in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The event is open to school-aged girls ages 13–18, and no prior experience is required—all skill levels are welcome. One female adult is welcome to participate alongside their minor; please be sure to register each individual participant so we have an accurate head count.

Space is limited to 50 participants, advanced registration is required.
