Life’s been feeling heavy for a lot of people lately.
Stress. Money. Isolation. The future. Trying to figure out who you are while the world feels kinda broken.

This is a space to talk about that honestly.

No fake motivational speeches.
No pressure to share.
Just real conversation about life, purpose, mental health, connection, and how we stop feeling so alone in all of this.

I’m Crissy. I’ve worked with youth and young adults for years in mental health, peer support, leadership, and community spaces. I wanted to create something different. A space where young people can actually talk about what life feels like right now and connect with others who get it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, burned out, lost, or just wanting something real… come through.
