Youth Fashion Academy (Ages 6-14) Session 1
About this Event
Youth Fashion Academy is a free hands-on footwear design workshop for youth interested in creativity, fashion, and design. Participants will explore the foundations of footwear creation through consumer insights, anatomy, functional design, rapid sketching, and 3D paper modeling. Students will create their own unique shoe concept while learning how designers bring performance and lifestyle products to life.
This one-day workshop will take place at Flint Public Library on Saturday, June 27 with two age-based sessions:
• Ages 6–14 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Ages 14–19 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This workshop is free and space is limited. Registration is first come, first served.
