The YWCA Darien/Norwalk’s Youth Empowerment Committee (YEC) is where young people come together to make a difference in our community. Our YEC meets twice a month to plan upcoming service projects, connect with peers, and explore new ways to make an impact. Through hands-on volunteer work, YEC members are building a stronger, more compassionate world, one project at a time. If you have a tween or teen looking to get involved and give back to the community, this is the perfect opportunity!
The Youth Empowerment Committee meets in person every other Wednesday from 6-7pm at the YW.
