Youth Dog Show

Eligibility: All competitors must be between the ages of 5 and 19. Registration is required.

Categories:

1. On-Leash: For dogs that need a leash for control. Compete only in On-Leash classes.
2. Novice: For dogs that have never competed before, competing off-leash.
3. Open: Open to all off-leash competitors, regardless of experience.

Choose from 17 different classes within the On-Leash, Novice, and Open categories. Each class is $5.00, and you can sign up for as many as you like in the same category.

• Entry Fee: $5.00 per class
• Awards: High Point Awards will be given to competitors with the highest scores in the On-Leash, Novice, and Open categories.

1. Dogs must be up-to-date on immunizations.
2. Dogs must respond to sit, lay down, stay/wait commands.
3. Dogs must be on leash or contained when not competing.
4. Dogs in off-leash classes must be well-controlled.
5. Only active competitors in the arena.
6. Judges’ decisions are final.

• Proof of Immunization: Required at check-in.
• Dog Commands: All dogs must be easily controlled and able to perform sit, lay down, and stay/wait commands.
