We're teaming up with Boise Mental Performance for an evening focused on both mental and physical fitness for youth athletes in Eagle.
About this Event

We're kicking off our summer youth training by hosting an open house and workshop where athletes and parents can tour our state-of-the-art training facility, learn more about our youth strength and conditioning programs, and attend a workshop by Boise Mental Performance on mental skills training for athletes including how to control and utilize pre-competition nervousness to maximize performance.
