At One Family Athletics, our focus is different. We were Built to Be Uncommon.
Our Summer Camp is built around athlete development , helping young athletes improve their speed, movement, confidence, and leadership in an intentional training environment.
Through structured speed and agility work, competitive drills, and high-energy coaching, athletes learn how to move better, compete with confidence, and build habits that translate into their upcoming seasons.
This program is ideal for athletes who want to grow, improve, and challenge themselves, not just stay active during the summer.

To make training accessible to more families, One Family Athletics Summer Camp will be offered at two San Diego locations.
Athletes can choose the training location and schedule that works best for their family.
