Research has proven that Meditation is powerful in helping young people deal with stress, reduce conflicts, and can even improve health and well-being. Join us for a 1-day retreat filled with fun and meaningful experience specifically designed for kids to apply Wake Up meditation in all situations.

Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Lunch included.

Registration Fee: $100

This is a chance for kids to discover the meaning of life by getting unplugged and going back to nature and the simplicity of life. Our 9 acres of natural landscape will provide a great foundation for them to get in touch with nature.

Kids will get a chance to practice a variety of Wake Up meditations such as sitting, walking, eating, or even playing meditation, which not only benefits but positively transforms their home, school, and everyday life.
