Our event is designed to inspire and educate young minds about agriculture and STEM fields. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, explore innovative technologies, and interact with industry professionals. Age Group Names
Age 6-8: Explorers These campers are beginning to develop basic motor skills and an understanding of responsibility. They’ll be engaged in activities that require guidance and are more hands-on with supervision.
Age 9-12: Farmers-in-Training These campers are building on basic skills and can manage more intricate tasks with some guidance. They are more independent, able to follow instructions, and can take on responsibility for certain tasks in the garden or with the animals.
Age 13-16: Junior Ranchers & Builders This group has advanced motor skills and the capacity for more complex tasks, such as building, problem-solving, and deeper engagement with animal care and gardening. They can work more independently but still need occasional guidance for advanced tasks.
A Taste of a Day/Week
Week 1: Introduction to Camp, Animals, and Gardening Basics Animals Focus: Bees, Goats, Chickens, Rabbits Plants Focus: Intro to Raised Garden Beds (flowers and vegetables)
Age 6-8 (Explorers): Learn about bees through simple observation and a brief talk on their importance. Feed and pet goats, help collect eggs from chickens with supervision. Simple rabbit care: feeding and petting. Plant basic flowers like sunflowers in raised garden beds. Building: Help set up small garden areas with guidance.
Age 9-12 (Farmers-in-Training): Assist with beekeeping observation, learning the importance of pollinators. Feed and clean basic goat and chicken areas with guidance. Plant marigolds and tomatoes; begin understanding soil types and spacing. Building: Build small parts of the raised garden beds (digging, filling soil).
Age 13-16 (Junior Ranchers & Builders): More in-depth beekeeping: Observe hives, assist with hive maintenance (non-invasive). Build small shelters for chickens and goats.

Looking for a fun, educational, and exciting summer experience for your child? Look no further! We are a hands-on, outdoor day camp that combines the best of nature, animal care, gardening, and fitness, all while providing a safe and enriching environment for children and youth ages 6-16.
What We Offer
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Care for Animals: Children will learn how to take care of goats, chickens, rabbits, and bees. They will be responsible for feeding, cleaning, and interacting with the animals, gaining valuable skills in animal husbandry.
- Gardening & Building Projects: Campers will get their hands dirty as they plant and nurture a variety of fruits, vegetables, and flowers like pumpkins, watermelons, strawberries, and more! They will also build raised garden beds and shelters for the animals.
- Outdoor Adventure & Fitness: Campers will engage in outdoor activities such as hiking, nature walks, and running challenges. They will explore the environment, learn about local wildlife, and develop an appreciation for the outdoors.
Special Additions
To make the experience even more exciting, we offer additional activities at no extra cost:
- First Aid Training: Campers will learn basic first aid skills, empowering them to handle everyday situations confidently.
- Shooting & Archery: Partnering with local outdoor companies, we offer an exciting introduction to shooting sports and archery, all under professional supervision.
- Horseback Riding: Through partnerships with local equestrian centers, campers will enjoy horseback riding lessons and farm tours, integrating animal care with outdoor exploration.
Camp Details
- Dates: June 1st - August 10th, 2024(weekly)
- Camp Fees: $510 per week per participant (for all 3 sessions + lunch)
- Times:
- Morning 8:30am - 11:30am
- Mid-Day 12:30-3pm
- Afternoon 3:15pm - 5:30pm
- After-Hours (**addition cost as space permits)
