Recognizing the systemic challenges faced by entrepreneurs—particularly Black business owners—Damon envisioned a resource that went beyond visibility to provide tangible support. Evergreen was born from this vision as a beacon of opportunity for small business owners.

Building on the foundation of the Knoxville Black Business Directory, Evergreen Corporation extends its mission to serve all small businesses in need of guidance and resources. The organization is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to build businesses that thrive in all seasons, just like the evergreen tree.
