Your Year Ahead: A Journaling and Art Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll be helping you envision your 2026, through writing prompts, quiet reflection, and art-making. This is a creative and intuitive approach to being proactive—shaping 2026 into the year you want, instead of a year that just happens to you.

If you already have new year’s resolutions, that’s great! They will help you find just the right theme for your year.

If you hate new year’s resolutions or don’t want to be that specific, that’s great too! This is a flexible framework—there’s no right or wrong way to do it.

We’ll spend the first part of the session identifying our Theme for the Year. The second part of the workshop will be bringing that theme to life by creating a vision board, using collage, colored pencils, and other art mediums.

Art supplies and snacks provided, but feel free to bring your own as well!
