Your Word, Your Vision: An Intention-Setting Art Night is a guided art and meditation experience designed to help you reflect on where you’ve been and intentionally envision what you’re calling in for the year ahead. Through gentle reflection, guided visualization, and hands-on creative expression, participants will choose a word that represents their intention for 2026 and bring it to life through art.

No art experience is needed — this evening is about process, presence, and self-connection, not artistic skill.

The evening will include:

• Time to arrive, settle in, and ground
• Reflection on themes and lessons from 2025
• A guided visualization to envision 2026
• Choosing an intention word and expressing it through a creative art project
• Integration, optional sharing, and closing intention setting

This is a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin the year feeling centered and inspired.

Leanne Morton, LPC, ATR is an art therapist who helps women and mothers reconnect with themselves through creative expression, especially during seasons of stress and transition. Her approach emphasizes slowing down, nervous system care, and self-connection. Leanne brings a trauma-informed, compassionate approach that makes art accessible to everyone — no matter their experience level.

All art supplies will be provided. Light beverages and snacks will be available.
