Your stories in song

Acclaimed folk musicians Jim and Josie Tipler of Milton Hide, have performed all over the UK taking local stories and turning them into songs. Now it's your turn to spend time with them and see how your story can become expressed in music.

It might be a character you've met, a local story about your neighbourhood, a folk tale about your area, whatever it is they want to hear from you. It's part of a National Lottery Community Funded project where this talented couple are gathering local folk lore and bringing a new life to stories.

For women only, this is a wonderful opportunity to come together and discover how music can energise and embrace our lives and histories. Listen to them bringing themes together and performing live and be part of this nationwide initiative.
