About this Event
This one session class is designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, hospital routines and medical procedures. There will be a one hour lunch break.
Enter the hospital through the Main entrance and take the North Tower elevators to the 5th floor. Once you are off the elevator, classroom B will be to your left. You do not need to bring anything for class. However, you are welcome to bring something to make sitting more comfortable, like a pillow and a water bottle.
The $75 charge admits 2 guests to class.
