Many of us feel we are doing everything possible to heal, yet we still find ourselves burdened by pain, leading to stagnation, frustration, and confusion. “Your Role in Healing” highlights the importance of self-awareness and the factors hindering mental, physical, and emotional recovery. Often, we remain unaware that our own patterns and habits contribute to our stagnation.
At times, we may not recognize our inner strength, or we might feel disconnected from our healers. Additionally, we may not fully grasp how various life situations allow pain and illness to manifest in our bodies, leaving us oblivious to the issues that are negatively affecting us.
By acknowledging the self-work necessary for our growth, we can enhance our chances of achieving the healing we desire from ourselves, practitioners, and various therapies.
