Your menstrual cycle: East Meets West
About this Event
Whether you're seeking relief from period symptoms or simply want to connect with your body on a deeper level, this is for you.
Do you experience irregular, painful or heavy periods, cramps, mood changes, unpredictable bleeds, or symptoms that leave you feeling depleted each month?
These experiences are common, but they do not have to be something you simply tolerate or manage alone.
