Your Joyful Years Book Tour - In Conversation in Brighton

I’m inviting women of all ages to come together for an uplifting, practical and honest conversation about my new book, Your Joyful Years: Empowering good health and happiness beyond 50.

At these events I will be in conversation about what it really means to thrive beyond 50: how we protect our health, build happiness, and feel more confident, connected and free. I would also like to discuss your barriers to self-care.

We will explore menopause and postmenopause, exercise, sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing, purpose, friendships and community, hobbies, creativity, relaxation, time in nature, sense of purpose, career, and sex. If possible, I’d love attendees to read the book in advance, so we can go deeper, sharing reflections, swapping ideas, and leaving with concrete, realistic actions we can start straight away. But do not worry if you do not get around to it. You can order the book from Amazon but I will bring some signed copies on the night for £12.
