Join author and Dharma teacher Oren Jay Sofer for this special daylong session with the Sacramento Buddhist Group, where Oren will offer teachings and practices from his new book, .

We offer this program on a sliding scale of $30 - $150, which includes a donation for the teacher. However, we turn no one away for lack of funds. We have a sliding-scale option for individuals who pay below our registration range.

Oren Jay Sofer teaches meditation and communication internationally. He holds a degree in comparative religion from Columbia University and is a Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner for the healing of trauma. This Retreat

Please bring a bag lunch, your cushion (if you have one), funds for potentially purchasing books, a covered container for water, and masks as needed to protect yourself. SBMG will provide hot water and tea as well as cushions and chairs.
