About this Event

Hot weather can pose serious health risks, particularly for older adults and those who may be more vulnerable to extreme heat.

Join a representative from the West Toronto Ontario Health Team to learn about the Heatwave Registry and how it can help support people during periods of extreme heat.

The session will also share practical tips for staying safe and healthy throughout the summer.

This program is presented by Toronto Public Library in collaboration with the West Toronto Ontario Health Team (OHT), a network of over 40 local health and social service providers working together to improve the health and well-being of communities in West Toronto.
