From Team Citrine, we’ll walk you through what to expect from the real estate side of the process, including:

• Understanding closing costs and what to expect
• What happens during the inspection

Jenn with Coast 2 Coast Lending will cover the financing side, including:

• How to financially prepare to buy a home
• Steps to getting pre-approved
• Different loan types and available programs
• First-time homebuyer options
• Minimal-down-payment and potential zero-down options
• Documents you’ll need to gather
• Financing do’s and don’ts during the approval process
• What to expect during the loan timeline

And, of course, there will be plenty of time for your questions.

We’ll kick things off with lunch and time to meet the presenters and other future homebuyers before moving into the workshop and Q&A.

Lunch is provided and the workshop is completely FREE, but space is limited so we can plan accordingly.
