Your First Home, Simplified is a no-pressure, educational workshop designed to help first-time buyers looking to buy in Massachusetts understand the homebuying process from start to finish. Whether you’re actively planning to buy or just beginning to explore the idea, this session will give you clarity, structure, and confidence.

Hosted at Compass’ Cambridge office, this workshop is led by a local Compass real estate agent Julie Ko in partnership with mortgage lender Lexie Koutsos from Cross Country Mortgage, offering both the real estate and financing perspectives in one place. We'll also have drinks and food available during the event!
