Join Annie & Debbie for a 2 hour experiential workshop exploring the fascinating world of spiritual and energetic hygiene, discovering practical ways to clear, protect and intentionally shift the energy around you.
Together, we’ll explore:
- what energy is and how it can influence our experience
- how to become more aware of the energy we’re giving, receiving and carrying
- an interactive exercise and partner exercise to experience and sense each other’s energy
- creating your own energetic protection bubble
- meditation and guided practices for grounding and clearing
- tools for clearing and protecting your energy—and how to use them
- cleansing the energy of your home, car, workspace and personal environment
- calling upon spiritual support and guidance
- the incredible power of belief, intention and the stories we hold
- mantras and mudras to support energetic boundaries and alignment

This isn’t about walking through life afraid of “bad energy.” It’s about becoming more conscious of your own energy and learning how to return to yourself when the energy of the world feels loud.
