In this master class, you'll learn (and practice) the exact planning process Lisa has used since 2007 to guide her work and life from year to year. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will walk through an annual planning process and apply it in session to create your vision for 2025 and a solid plan for Q1 2025.
What you can expect:
-Learn and try out an easy annual planning method
-Reflect on 2024 by journaling Year End Look Back prompts
-Capture what you envision for 2025 and let it drive your intentions for the year
-Name at least one goal to live out your brave year in 2025
-Build out your 90-Day Year for Q1
-Complete your monthly and weekly action steps for Q1
You'll leave:
-confident in answering the 3 most important questions you can ask right now
-knowing the one key to being proactive instead of reactive when planning for the year ahead
-feeling challenged to step out of a SMART goal mindset (SMART goals are OK but there's more to it)
-understanding how what you do everyday aligns with your best self
-armed with templates to organize what you want to accomplish in the coming year
-inspired to finish creating your own brave plan for 2025
What you'll need for this experience:
-Journal or a method to take/process notes
-The method you use to keep track of what you accomplish (access to your calendar or other reporting system)
-Your computer (if it'll help you reflect on 2024 and capture plans for 2025)
