Young yogis class on the City Green in Sandy Springs (age 6-9)
Introducing our Young Yogis Class (age 6-9) – a fun-filled and engaging yoga experience for kids! In this 45-minute class, children will explore various yoga poses, participate in partner and group activities, enjoy exciting yoga games, and learn mindfulness techniques. Through the practice of breathing exercises, singing, dancing, and other interactive activities, children will develop strength, flexibility, and balance, all while having a blast. Join us as we create a nurturing environment where your little ones can grow and thrive both physically and mentally!
Location: The City Green in Sandy Springs, the field in front of the City Hall.
