Young Workers Resource Centre (YWRC) presents a workshop for Year 10-13 students; Pre-employment Skills and Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
This workshop will cover:
Pre-employment Skills – How to write a CV + cover letter, and finding a job. This is great for years 10-11.
and
Employment Rights and Responsibilities – What should be in a contract, the concept of good faith in the workplace, and requirements around pay/hours/leave entitlements.
We will break for a provided morning tea inbetween topics. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements.
