Growing up in the hood, the odds are already stacked against you. By the time you're a preteen, you're already dealing with trauma, death, and life decisions that most don't deal with until they’readults. This is the harsh reality for those who have grown up in Wilmington’s infamous RiversideProjects in Wilmington Delaware. 25-year-old Young Seda is one of those Riverside babiesfighting to rise above the statistics. Since high school, Seda has been a voice of hope in thehood. Setting himself apart with his insightful, conscience lyrics which give listeners a front rowseat to what it's like to fight against the status quo, to want more out of life then what’s expected,and to trust God even when we seem to live in a Godless world.
