YPs (Young Pros) will get a firsthand look at two Parade homes:
House #1- North Cove Builders - 1816 Blueberry Lane, Fennville, 49408 (off 118th Ave.)
House #2- Joel Thomas Homes - 6985 120th Ave, Fennville 49408
This is a "tour" event. We'll begin with bagels at the first Parade home at 8:30 am with an educational tour, then will make our way to the second Parade home. Both home tours will include a brief presentation on the start-finish build process of the home.
** Bagels and coffee provided. One Lakeshore Parade of Homes ticket included with event ($15 value) for use during the Parade of Homes the last weekend of the Parade.
Instructions for claiming your ticket to use during all six days of the Parade will be included in your event confirmation email.
