Young Man Winter (YMW) is a Worcester, Massachusetts-based rock band formed in 2019 by singer/keyboardist James Dunseith, guitarist Sergio Marcucci, and singer/guitarist PJ McQuade. Drawing inspiration from classic indie and alternative rock, the trio released their self-titled debut album in 2022.
With the addition of drummer Chris Costello and bassist Isabelo Cruz, YMW expanded its sound and entered the studio in 2023 to record its sophomore release, Leading Light. In 2025, the band was named Worcester’s Best Rock Band by Pulse Magazine.
YMW is set to release its second EP, Get Home, in the summer of 2026. The band regularly performs throughout Worcester and across the greater New England music scene.
