Each week, participants dive into a new theme that focuses on personal growth and leadership from the inside out. Topics include:

Building Confidence & Positive Self-Image

Finding Her Voice & Speaking with Power

Leadership, Teamwork & Collaboration

Mentorship and Networking

Relationships-Setting Boundaries and deal with Conflict Resolution

Celebration and Showcasing

The Academy will conclude with a Showcase & Graduation Celebration, where each participant shines by sharing what she's learned and how she's grown.

Lead by Janee Young-Certified Life Coach, College Communications Professor, and former record-holding college athlete, this program is designed to equip young girls with tools that will last a lifetime.
