Young Eagles FlightsCelebrate Fathers Day early by taking your son or daughter to Redlands Airport for a free Young Eagles Flight on Saturday, June 19th starting at 9am. This event will be held at the Redlands Airport Public lobby located at 1745 Sessums Drive. This event is sponsored by Redlands EAA Chapter 845.
Launched in 1992, the Young Eagles program has dedicated more than 25 years to giving youth ages 8–17 their first free ride in an airplane. It’s the only program of its kind, with the sole mission to introduce and inspire kids in the world of aviation. Today, more than 2 million young people have enjoyed a free introductory flight through the Young Eagles program. These flights are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers.
Seats are limited. Kids with an adult must register between 9-10 am. For more information, email [email protected] or, call Beverly 909- 771-3279.
Community Blood Drive
The Redlands Airport Association is once again planning a blood drive with LifeStream on June 19th from 10-3. The LifeStream bus will be in the Redlands Airport parking lot located at 1745 Sessums Drive. Please join us to help save lives by donating. Tell your friends as well, as this blood drive is not just for the airport community. Walk in donors are accepted, but please consider making an appointment with LifeStream prior to June 19th.
